  • Custom 3D printed products are not eligible for returns or refunds due to the personalized nature of these products unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Pre-designed products purchased directly from our store are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if they meet the conditions outlined below.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unassembled, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories, documentation, and components.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
